Cancellation, Return, Replace, and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation: 


•    If Order is Already Placed-Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the production process has not started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
•    Designing Charges Designing charges will be applicable regardless of the reason for cancellation, and the timing of the cancellation in relation to the designing process will determine the amount of the designing fee.

Return Policy:


1. Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide clear images of the damaged or defective items along with a description of the issue. We will evaluate the case and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.


2. Incorrect Products:

We often provide clients with samples before proceeding with bulk production. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review and approve the samples to ensure they meet their expectations in terms of design, color, and quality. Clients are required to confirm their approval of the samples in writing or through an approved communication channel. This confirmation serves as an acknowledgment that the provided samples meet their specifications.
If you receive products that differ from your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the items. We will arrange for the correct items to be shipped to you or provide a refund based on your preference.

Replacement Policy:

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, not as per the mock-up or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will initiate the replacement process after evaluating the issue.
